if you have any questions about our pottery or your order.
- Orders take 1 to 2 weeks or less.
- A confirmation of your order and ship date when your order is schedule to bereceived.
- If you have any questions, please call me at (828) 255-7648, and we can discuss your order.
Payment - Payment is required before orders are ship.
- We accept Paypal, Mastercard and Visa, along with checks and money orders.
- When paying by check, please provide the following information: (1) driver's license number and expiration date (2) home phone number.
Shipping Policy and Tax - Shipping and Handling fees are as follows:
- By weight based on UPS rate
Return Policy - Returns are accepted within 30 days of shipment for merchandise credit only, unless damaged in shipping. Credit does not include shipping fees unless otherwise discussed. Pottery should be re-packed in original packing tightly and shipped back UPS. Please call me with questions or write me with regard to the return and exchange of your pottery.
Wholesale Policy - At this time, Zimmerman Pottery is no longer wholesaling Orders.
